Ingredients and description:

Angelica sinensis, dong quai, in Chinese ??, also known as female ginseng, a perennial herb found in the mountains of China, Korea and also in Japan, similar to our Angelica officinalis, but with many more active ingredients. 60 natural herbal capsules (HPMC) size "0", filled with a total of 18,000 milligrams of finely ground Angelica root, 100%. Packaged in a plastic pharmacy jar with safety cap, with the open space filled with food grade foil).

Effects:

Excellent against hot flashes in menopause, improves the cardiovascular system, helps with osteoarthritis, similar to true ginseng, helps with fatigue, blood pressure regulation, plus anti-inflammation and infection. It has results in headaches and mild anemia. It refreshes the organism in general. Very useful in the onset of menopause.

Usage:

1 (max 2) capsule per day for max 3 weeks then skip for 7 days and take again for 3 weeks etc, before and during menstruation. It is a dietary supplement, therefore it does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Do not take more than 2 capsules per day.

Warning:

It is not permitted to take Angelica china if you intend to become pregnant or during pregnancy. It has a strong effect on the muscles of the urogenital system and may cause miscarriage. If you are taking Andelika and come into another condition, stop taking Andelika immediately. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep dry and out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily dose. The colour of the powder in the capsules may vary from batch to batch, ranging from pale yellowish to brownish.
