Description:
The root of the herb Astralagus has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for several thousand years. This herb, native to northern and eastern China (considered a "higher order" herb in traditional Chinese medicine, used for over 2000 years), but also found in Korea and Mongolia, has over 1500 species, but only 2 are helpful. Packed in a small jar - can be used for spices or fruit preserves after use.

Effects:
Helps against stress, prolongs cell life, increases immunity, acts as an antioxidant against free radicals, preventative against colds, helps with respiratory diseases, effective for kidney inflammation, diarrhea, lowers blood pressure. Relieves hair loss, speeds up recovery, especially after chemotherapy.

Usage:
The ideal use of fenugreek root is to add it to meat soup: 5 slices of root per 4 servings of soup, preferably add a few pieces of ginseng and cook together with all the ingredients for about 20 minutes longer. You will get a very nutritious "healing" soup.
Otherwise, pour 2 slices over 2 decilitres of hot water, drink the infusion after about 15 minutes, once a day.

Contains 25 g of the active substance (astragalus), without admixtures, pure root.

Warning:
Persons taking immunosuppressants must not take astragalus. Dietary supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Not suitable for pregnant, breastfeeding or children. Keep in a dry place and out of direct sunlight.
